Stable Amenities and Photo Tour

• NEW FOR 2022: Complete fence replacement with new horse-safe fencing (replaces traditional 3-board wood fencing). Photos coming soon.

• 140x80 Indoor Arena: dust-free, no-freeze, synthetic-blend footing with bright lighting, 5’ windows and overhead doors, and jumping equipment provided. Custom built in 2019 by current owner.

• Approximately 1mi of maintained perimeter riding trails for short outings on-property.

• Matted, level, oversized stalls with fans, buckets, and hay racks included for comfort and simplicity. Heated water in winter provided. Stall sizes: 10x10 (four), 10x15 (eleven), or 20x20 (six).

• Spacious, 1+ acre maintained grass paddocks with permanent fencing and alleys between pastures.

• All paddocks include 3- or 4-sided permanent and storm-resistant shelter to protect from seasonal elements (but find them standing in the rain and blizzards by choice anyway).

• 15 minutes to Maffitt Lake Equestrian Center and numerous local shows in multiple disciplines within 30 minutes of the farm. 40 minutes to Prairie Meadows Racetrack. 20 minutes to Walnut Woods State Park or 40 minutes to Jester Park Equestrian Center for trail riding.
